This is a beginner Molchanovs Freediving course, no prior knowledge or diving experience is required.

• Must be comfortable and confident in the water
• We teach this course in English
• Suitable for people 18 years or older

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your own gear if you have it, otherwise we’ll happily organise this for you.

• Reef safe sunscreen, sunglasses and hat – you know the drill
• Swimmers, towel, reusable water bottle, dry clothes
• Travel calm tablets if you’re prone to motion sickness
• Dive gear; alternatively available for hire
• Underwater camera if you wish

ITINERARY

This epic Freediving Course will take 2 days in total.

DAY 1

We’ll begin with theory and relaxation workshops.

After the morning session, we’ll buy some lunch (or BYO), and travel to the pool to learn the basic freediving techniques needed for depth and safety as well as implement their new relaxation and visualisation skills.

DAY 2

All open water activities at the Crater Lakes national park. You will learn, laugh, master new techniques, and explore the lakes. Buy or BYO lunch.
