YOUR ADVENTURE

Experience the underwater world Freediving Costa Rica! This 2-day beginner Freediving Course is about having fun while exploring inner tranquillity, mindfulness, and apnea techniques to advance and refine your underwater skills. If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring the ocean quietly and naturally, Freediving is your ticket to blissful dives. By the end of this course, you’ll be a confident, certified freediver, ready to explore the depths.

Diving Costa Rica, you’ll greet tropical fish, spinner dolphins, rays and reef sharks all year with seasonal whale species such as orcas, short-finned pilot and humpbacks! Tamarindo is also a mecca for surfers and blue water Sport Fishermen due to its deep, clear, thriving conditions. You’ll enjoy wonderful wildlife, spectacular beaches, volcanoes, rainforests, lagoons and so much more including a short boat ride to Catalina Islands. If that’s not enough, want to come and meet our sloths, toucans, monkeys and macaws?

  • Secure your spot with a deposit and flexi payments
  • Your beginner Freediver course will be a fun and relaxed experience
  • Flexible availability – contact us to schedule dates that suit you
  • Choice of an AIDA, Mochanovs or PADI course

You’ll learn the basics—duck dives, finning techniques, and equalization—step by step. Forget about the numbers; it’s all about mastering the skills at your own pace. Many beginner freedivers worry about breath-hold times or dive depths, but the real focus is on building confidence and technique.
