YOUR ADVENTURE
Learn to Freedive on the Central Coast! Master the foundations of freediving, equalisation, breath-holding and ultimate relaxation in the water.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or seeking to refine your existing skills, our Level 1 course is the ideal platform to nurture your passion for the underwater world. These courses consistently take place amidst the stunning backdrop of the Central Coast, catering to complete beginners through to experienced freedivers including spearos, surfers, and scuba divers seeking formal freediving training.
You’ll dive into all the theory, physiology, and science behind the sport, gaining a deep understanding of how your body adapts to breath-hold diving. Then, you’ll explore the mental and physical techniques that make every dive smooth, controlled, and blissful. With just a single breath, you’ll reach depths between 12-20m, experiencing the ocean in a whole new way. And the best part?
