This diving trip does not require you to have freediving experience, however you must be a confident and experienced snorkeller
Accommodation: this booking is for one person in a shared twin room with ensuite. Book as an individual, or simply book for two if you are travelling as a pair. Alternatively, contact us to upgrade to a private solo room for AUD +411.
We won’t be doing any Freediving courses or certification as we’ll be too busy with the whales!

Spend 7 days cruising this marine super highway, freediving with Blue Whales and many other whale species including beaked, humpback, sperm, killer, short-finned pilot, melon-headed whales and many dolphin species.
We will have 2 private boats to explore the waters with a whale guide, whale spotter and local captain on each boat. We have teamed up with one of the leading tour operators involved with the Marine Tourism Association of Timor Leste who are certified Responsible Whale Tour Operators. This trip is strictly limited to 10 guests.
We will also visit the world famous Atauro Island for a day of scuba diving and snorkeling with lots of epic photos. Opt-in to this expedition for an additional AUD 190 / USD 120.

Dili is well connected internationally with daily direct air services into Dili Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport (DIL/WPDL) from Denpasar Bali, Darwin Australia, and Atumbua and Kupang in West Timor. The airlines running these flights are Air North, Air Timor and Citilink. We’ll collect you from the airport.
