NEED TO KNOW
In Junior Freediving courses, children start by learning basic swimming techniques. As they get older and advance through the levels, they start to learn freediving disciplines and train it as a sport.
Practical tasks include:
- Learning basic swimming techniques
- Front crawl
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Practicing how to move in water with and without fins
- Understanding and practicing the technical elements of freediving
- Duck dive
- Turns
- Breathing techniques before and after diving
- Training aerobic and anaerobic endurance
- Increasing resistance to hypercapnia and acidosis
WHAT TO BRING
- Personal gear (mask, snorkel, fins)
- Laptop, notebooks, notepads, etc
- Your diving essentials

GETTING AROUND
Option to fly from Manila or Cebu and then take another flight to Panglao, Bohol or fly directly to Panglao, Bohol if available.

THINGS TO DO
On top of the course happening, you can also do the following around the island:

OPERATOR CANCELLATION POLICY
Freedive Adventures offers 14-day cancellation, with the exception of last-minute bookings. As an operator, we do not offer refunds after this timeframe.
