We are here to recharge through activities with nature and in good company. Freedive in the Aegean Sea, hike ancient trails, savor Greek cuisine, and create unforgettable memories on two modern Bavaria 46 sailboats. We will set the frame, but you will choose the pace. An activity programme will be proposed to you every day and you will be free to follow it or to adjust it according to your needs and physical condition. In our warm, communal setting, you will find like-minded companions, sharing in cooking and onboard life, turning every moment into an opportunity for connection and joy.

Regarding freediving, we have experienced instructors, who will adjust the level to every individual. If you haven’t done freediving before, don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step.
Concerning hiking, the routes will be chosen based on the specific wishes of the group, but may also be undertaken individually. Breathwork and stretching exercises are for everyone.
We’ll be preparing meals together, sail together, spend a week on a sailboat together. If you like to sing, we’ll sing along, we’ll be a little family, so we invite all open-minded people, to create a magical week with us.
We’ll depart from the port of Lavrio, near Athens and then sail around for a week, where the winds will be most favourable.
We’ll do freediving sessions in between, go hike an island, dive to monumental wrecks, do breathing sessions in the mornings, prepare delicious meals on board and taste the local gastronomy in selected tavernas. Our journey will also lead us to unspoiled beaches, picturesque villages and less-known archeological landmarks so that you can experience the best of the Greek Summer.

You arrange a flight to Athens, Greece… from there on, we arrange a transportation to the Lavrio Port, where you embark on a sailboat, and we spend the following days together on the boat.
