This Komodo Retreat is for the young-hearted and free-spirited. We’re an experienced adventure crew providing guidance and freediving training in English.
If you don’t intend to do a course, or if you’re already certified, you’ll enjoy more free time in or out of the water.
Accommodation: Shared twin rooms at our 4 star hotel. All boat cabins are shared; each with a single and double bed with the possibility of shared beds between guests. This booking is for a Lower Berth Room (normally AUD2949). Contact us to upgrade to an Upper Berth (normally AUD3249).
Additional expenses: alcohol, boat crew tip, 4 meals when not onboard, park permits AUD150 / USD100.
DAY 1: Labuan Bajo arrival and hotel check in. Afternoon workshop. Group dinner.
DAY 2: Full-day exploration of Cunca waterfall, Mirror Cave House & Ranko Caves, Sylvia Hill sunset. Group dinner. Hotel.
DAY 3: Boarding for Sebayur Besar reefs & hiking.
DAY 4: Sebayur Besar to Gili Lawa Darat (Turtle City) diving and bay trek.
DAY 5: Exploring Gili Lawa, Taka Makasar Reef (Manta Point), Pink Beach, and Komodo Village for local life and dragon lore.
DAY 6: Komodo Island dragon encounters, Long Beach, and Padar Island.
DAY 7: Padar to Rinca Island then to Kalong Rinca for a dusk flying fox spectacle.
DAY 8: Kalong Rinca to Manjerite, then to our final dives and hike at Kelor Island and returning to Labuan Bajo. Return to hotel.
DAY 9: Yoga, breakfast and checkout. Airport transfer.

Airport transfers from Labuan Bajo are included. You will be responsible for booking your own flight to Labuan Bajo (LBJ). From Bali Denpasar (DPS), take a domestic 60-minute direct flight to Labuan Bajo – flight cost is around AUD100 – 150 return.
Cancellations 90+ days prior to the retreat: refunded less transaction fees.
