This tropical Master Freediving Program will have you diving Dominica like a pro amidst tropical rainforests, mountains and natural hot springs. This is a comprehensive 4-week program including Wave 3 certification; with variations for a 2-week program as well as instructor course detailed below.

NEED TO KNOW

Things to know about Diving Dominica with us:

• You must be Wave 2 certified to complete the Wave 3 course
• These are intimate programs with a maximum of 3 students per Instructor
• We recommend securing comprehensive travel and freediving insurance.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring all of the tropical Caribbean travel essentials including:

• Reef safe sunscreen, sunglasses and hat
• Reusable water bottle
• We always suggest bringing your own dive gear for ultimate comfort; we’ll have weights for you. If you do not have gear, this can be arranged.

ITINERARY

This 4-week Master Freediving Program will be based in Soufriere Bay and include diving, training, workshops and all the freediving insights to dive like a pro.

• You will learn to comfortably dive up to 40m deep, with proper technique in all pool and depth disciplines while developing an understanding of advanced physiological and mental techniques.
• Your deep diving will benefit from advanced equalization approaches that combine the Frenzel manoeuvre with mouth-fill and/or reverse packing.
• Learn how to simulate depth with Functional Residual Capacity (FRC).
• Master applying techniques that enable you to expand your limits while staying safe and enjoying every single dive.
